"Led Blimpie were AMAZING at our wedding, not your traditional wedding band, that’s for sure! When we told our parents we had a Led Zepplin cover band doing the wedding you can imagine the raised eyebrows, but WOW, everyone was blown away by their professionalism, talent and energy. Their renditions were spot on! They played a variety of other artists from our playlist that we requested as well and were very honest if they felt they couldn’t do some songs justice , ie U2’s Beautiful Day. They played our first dance song from Peter Gabriel, Father/Daughter Dance etc. We had our own MC but the band did say a few things when we had ask them to. Everyone was on the dance floor at some point during the day including our 75 & 95yr old Aunts who are Nuns. Everyone raved about the band making the reception even more perfect.
We would highly recommend them to play at any wedding. They were fun, energetic, committed and very talented!!

"I've known Led Blimpie since they first started playing at the bar where I worked in New York City. Whenever they were booked to play Bar Nine, I knew we were in for a rockin' night and they always delivered. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect when they were booked to play a friend's wedding. I mean, who books a Led Zeppelin cover band for a wedding? Well, any misgivings were INSTANTLY dashed! Led Zeppelin seamlessly morphed into a fantastic wedding band. They are so much more than a Led Zeppelin cover band. They played all kinds of music and most importantly they played the right music at the right times. They could feel the atmosphere of the room and knew when to play some nice music in the background when it was needed and then knew when to "turn it up" when it was time to really have fun and dance. They understand the "flow" of a wedding and are able to help facilitate it with intros, announcements etc. I highly recommend Led Blimpie for a wedding or just about any event!"
